Aduvic Portal provides a cloud-based School Management Software (“Software”) designed to streamline school operations, including but not limited to, student management, attendance, grades, timetables, and communication between students, parents, and school administrators.
Aduvic Portal also operates as an online store that sells the Software and related products. Purchases made on the Aduvic Portal are governed by these Terms.
To access certain features of the Aduvic Portal, users must create an account. During registration, you must provide accurate details and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Ensure your information is up to date to enjoy a smooth experience.
In order to use certain features of the Aduvic Portal, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Aduvic Portal provides a one-year software license with each purchase. To continue using the software and accessing your data, you must renew your license before it expires. If the license is not renewed after one year, we are not responsible for the retention or recovery of your data.
Upon purchasing the Software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your school’s internal use, as described in the product documentation. This license is subject to these Terms.

When making a purchase on the Aduvic Portal, you agree to provide accurate billing information and pay for the products in full. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed. We offer digital and physical product deliveries, with refund and exchange options available for defective items.
All purchases made on Aduvic Portal are subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to make the purchase and agree to pay all associated fees.
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on the website. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
The price for Software and related products is listed on the Aduvic Portal at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Due to the fully automated nature of our system, once an Aduvic SchoolSuite purchase is completed, a school account is automatically created. As a result, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Please ensure all details are correct before making a purchase.
As we offer only digital products, there is no physical delivery service. Once your order is completed, our fully automated system will send you an email with your account and login details, allowing you to access the software immediately.
We prioritize the privacy and security of your personal information. By using the Aduvic Portal, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. School administrators have the authority to create and manage user accounts for teachers, staff, and students within the Aduvic Portal. Administrators are responsible for ensuring proper use of the portal and maintaining the integrity of the data, ensuring that users comply with all guidelines and regulations.
You agree to use the Aduvic Portal and its Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services in a way that may disrupt or damage the functionality of the portal or interfere with other users’ experience.
If you upload or submit any content, such as school data, feedback, or reviews, you grant Aduvic Portal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for promotional purposes.
Aduvic School Suite software supports up to 1,000 students. If your school exceeds this limit, please contact your sales representative for additional options. We are not liable for any issues arising from exceeding this student limit without prior consultation.
The Aduvic Portal and its Software are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Aduvic Portal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Software or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aduvic Portal, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Aduvic Portal website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use the Services after such modifications, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In case of any disputes, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in Samastipur, under the rules of Civil Court.
